Recommended Uses:
Heavy Duty Spot Remover (Including old urine): Use at full strength, do not dilute.
Spot and Odor Remover (Including urine): dilute 32 oz. Kill Odor Plus with 1 gallon cold water.
Traffic Lane Cleaner and Encapsulation Cleaner: dilute 12 oz. Kill Odor Plus with 1 gallon water.
Recommended Application:
Heavily Soiled Traffic Lanes: Pre-spray area to be cleaned at a rate of 200 to 400 sq. ft. per gallon, agitate thoroughly into carpet pile, allow 10 minutes dwell time then hot water extract with the appropriate rinsing agent or extraction detergent.
Interim Cleaning - Encapsulation Process: Pre-spray area at a rate of 1000 sq. ft. per gallon, agitate thoroughly into carpet pile and allow to dry. Vacuum using a commercial vacuum (best to use a CRI approved vacuum).
Hot Water Extraction Process: Pre-spray area at a rate of 1000 sq. ft. per gallon, agitate thoroughly into carpet pile, allow 10 minutes dwell time (allow for a longer dwell time when stronger odors are present) and extract with the appropriate rinsing agent or extraction detergent.
