Smoke Odor Sealer is a specially designed clean coating to bond smoke, dust, pollen, or other fine particles to metal, wood or other surface types when complete removal is impractical. Can be brushed, sprayed or fogged!
Directions:
For fogging air conditioning or heating system duct work:
1. Before fogging, remove system discharge registers and/or diffusers. Cover opening with 4-5 layers of cheese-cloth. Tape or hold by installing register/diffuser. The system can be considered completely fogged when far-thest opening is "moist." If after a reasonable amount has been fogged and the cheesecloth is not wet, complete application by fogging through vent opening with system blowers off.
2. With blowers and fans off, open system inspection panels and remove all filters.
3. Place fogging machine so that discharge is in the direction or normal air flow. use blowers or fans to assist in movement of Smoke Odor Sealer through system. Use 1 gallon per 80 cubic feet.
Helpful Hints:
• Should a finer particle size be desired mix Smoke Odor Sealer with water(1:1 dilution).
• Allow application to dry. The addition of water will slow dry time, however, does not affect coverage of the undiluted gallon e.g. Fogging of 1:1 dilution requires 2 gallon of diluted material to cover 80 cubic feet.
• Clean equipment immediately after use with water until all Smoke Odor Sealer is removed. Should Smoke Odor Sealer dry on equipment, soak in 7% household Ammonia prior to cleaning with water.
