A powdered inhibited descaler for removal of hard water deposits from Prochem truck mounts. Powdered formulation - easier and safe to handle. Inhibitor protects truck mount components.
Directions:
Disconnect truck mount water inlet and solution outlet hoses. Drain half of water from water box. At least 1 gallon of water must remain in water box. Run truck mount to warm water. With truck mount running, slowly sprinkle contents of one Truck Mount Descaler container (2lbs) into water box to dissolve. Let truck mount run for 15 minutes to remove scale. Immediately connect water inlet hose and solution hose, flush with clear water for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of Prochem liquid extraction detergent to water box and run for 2-5 minutes to neutralize residual acid. Blush with clear water to remove detergent.
